Healthcare built the intelligence. Nobody built the execution.

Healthcare operations run on disconnected tools: analytics that can't act, CRMs that don't understand healthcare, and field teams that spend half their time preparing instead of executing. We're building the layer that connects intelligence to execution to outcomes, across 350,000+ lives and counting. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, we're hiring.

Why We Exist

Every healthcare organization we've worked with runs the same playbook: buy an analytics platform, then hire consultants, liaisons, and internal analysts to do what the platform can't: actually execute. Field teams spend half their time preparing, not acting. Care teams duplicate work across siloed systems. Leadership can see what's happening but can't explain why, and nobody can prove what's actually working. The industry built intelligence and execution as separate systems. That gap costs lives and dollars at scale.

We started Kairon because we've lived this failure from both sides. Our CEO spent eight years at Aledade. Built the BI infrastructure, ran the field teams it was supposed to guide, and watched the disconnect persist from both seats. Our President co-founded and scaled healthcare companies at Redesign Health and saw the same pattern repeat across 75+ builds. Kairon is the execution layer that closes that gap: one system where every workflow's output feeds the next, every interaction makes the platform smarter, and outcomes trace back to the interventions that caused them. If you want to build the thing that should have existed a decade ago, with a team small enough that your work ships this week, we'd like to talk.

What You'd Build

Django, Vue 3, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, AWS. Entity resolution across fragmented claims, EHR, and roster data. Causal inference models that prove which interventions actually moved outcomes. State machine workflow orchestration. Pipeline architecture where every stage's output feeds the next. The problems are hard because healthcare data is messy, the stakes are real, and nobody's solved this well yet.

What We Believe

Operational Excellence

We trace every problem to its root cause and fix it there. No workarounds, no patches. We build it right and ship it complete the first time.

Sustainable Innovation

Every workflow's output feeds the next. What one rep learns, every team gains. We build systems that compound, not systems that need more people.

Intelligence with Empathy

We harness AI to serve healthcare's higher calling. You can't understand what's happening from behind a screen. Our tools get people into the room, prepared.

Provider-First Philosophy

We see the world through providers' eyes. We design for real practice needs, not theoretical ones, and measure our success by our partners' success.

System-Level Transformation

We connect individual improvements to systemic change. Causal inference over trend lines. A/B testing over anecdotes. If we can't prove it worked, it didn't.

Small Team, Big Scope

We hire people who own entire domains end to end. Your work ships to production this week, not next quarter. Less coordination overhead, more direct impact on 350,000+ lives.
